The workpieces are first hung on the chain, then conveyed to the chemical and water washing room to remove oil,then they will be transported to the powder coating spray booth. After automatic powder spraying, the workpieces are transported to the curing oven. The internal temperature can reach 200 degrees, which cures the powder coating rapidly. After curing, the workpieces travel along the chain for cooling and unloading.
