Custom Spray Paint Booth For Sale Czech Republic configuration:
Part 1: Two sets of large paint booths: 
1. Internal dimensions: L8xW5xH2.8m
2. Entrance and exit doors (two sets): Three fold blue sheet metal gate, gate size: 3x2.55m. One of the doors is equipped with a pressure lock. There are a total of 4 small doors, 4 steps, and 6 climbing ramps in the two rooms.
3. Lighting system: 10 sets of ceiling lights with 4 x 24w, 10 sets of waist lights with 2 x 24w.
4. Platform: 300mm high platform, full floor grille with ground cotton filter, fully climbing.
5. Room body: 50mm thick wall panel, mcolor steel plate. The sealing plates of the room and the cabinet are both blue.
6. Fan system (two units): Each unit consists two sets 1.5KW water curtain cooling inlet fans with air inlet adjustment, and one set of 7.5KW external exhaust fan with activated carbon bag filter cotton. The two exhaust outlets are each 5 meters long.
7. Duct:  Each room has 3 pcs of straight exhaust ducts, 1 pcs of 90 degree bend, and 1 pcs of 45 degree elbow, with manual exhaust dampers.
8. Electric control box: a new type of electric control box with high and low air pressure detection. 

Part 2:  Two Sets Of  Baking Booths:
1. Internal dimensions: L5xW3xH3.2m
2. Entrance and exit: A set of two fold blue sheet metal doors, with a size of 2x2.55m. One door is equipped with a pressure lock, and two climbing doors are used.
3. Lighting system: 4 sets of 4 ceiling lights x 24W.
4. Platform: 300mm high platform, full floor grille with ground cotton filter, fully climbing.
5. Room body: 50mm thick rock wool wall panels and ceiling, color steel plate. The sealing plates of the room and the cabinet are both blue.
6. Heating system: 16 sets of infrared baking lamps, each with 3 pcs of infrared light tubes. The temperature can rise up to 100 degrees Celsius.
7. Electric control box: A new type of electric control box, the maximum temperature is 100 degrees Celsius.

Part 3: One Set Of Small Spray Painting Room  
1. Internal dimensions: 5x4x3.5m
2. Entrance and exit: A set of two fold blue sheet metal doors, with a size of 2x2.8m. 1. Install a pressure lock on the door. Shared 1 small door.
3. Lighting system: 3 sets of ceiling lights, 4 x 24w. 6 sets of 2 x 24w side lights.
4. Room body: 50mm thick  wall panel with top panel (shared with paint booth), color steel plate. The sealing plates of the room and the cabinet are both blue.
5. Fan system (one set): Side exhaust, 1 1.5KW water curtain cooling inlet fan with air adjustment (with top cotton filter), 1 4KW duct exhaust fan.
6. Duct: Refer to the design drawing for the inlet duct, 3 straight exhaust ducts with 1 pcs of 90 degree and 1 pcs of 45 degree elbow, and equipped with manual exhaust dampers.

7. Electric control box: a new type of electric control box with high and low air pressure detection.
