Size : L4400m*W3900m*H2600mm (Customized design suitable for customer site） 

Wallboard Panel: Choose 50mm EPS wallboard （Rock wool for option）, EPS density is 14kg/m³ as standard. Colorful steel skin boards 0.426mm thickness ,self-cover panel ,make sure inner foram will not move for long time use.  Roof cover used high quality galvanized steel.

Basement : 300mm high ,powder coated galvanized steel sheet and square steel pipe construction, antirust and strong. Full grids with floor filter,keep good working environment for workers, two ramps. 

Front Door: 3pcs of front doors with 0.8mm thickness colorful steel skin,door size: W3500* H2550mm, 3 row good quality hinge support it，make our door durable for long time use.1 pc of worker's door. Watching window with aluminum frame.

Fans system : to suitable that small booth, we design on 2*3kw intake fan,air flow it's 20,000m³/h;1*4kw exhaust fan ,air flow it's 13,000m³/h;The wire core of our fans is full copper so our fans are very durable. Micro-positive pressure prevents dust from entering the inside of spray booth from outside

Fans Cabin : The surface plate is powder coated galvanized plate, antirust force strong, beautiful; Put on back directly.

Heating System:Italy Riello FS10 Natural gas burner heating ,100,000Kcal/h.Heating time 4-5min(20-60℃). Max.temperature at 80℃. With heat exchanger system.

Lamp system : 6groups x 4pcs of 15w LED lamps ceiling light ; 4groups x 2pcs of 15w LED lamps side light, 1000 Lux. 

Control box : Microcomputer control system, CHINT electronic components. Function: Painting, constant temperature painting , heating ,drying, lighting, painting time ,heating time and drying time setting ;emergency stop switch, failure indication etc, Specially with over-temperature and over-pressure alarm device. The electricity will be cut off once alarm devices alert. It makes our booth very safe.

Spare Filter : consider containet not full enough and that booth customized , suggest customer purchase some spare filter together when order spray booth. Customer accept our suggest and order 1 year spare filter finally.
