Vehicle Spray Booth With Heat Recycling System And Scissor Lifter In Sweden

This 10m long spray booth can be used for painting and baking small and big vehicles. It has two sets of air generation system, including two sets of 11kw turbo fans for air intaking and two sets of 11kw turbo fans for air exhausting. The heating system has two sets of Italy Reillo burners. The digital control system has Mitsubishi frequency inverters. Meanwhile,it has two sets of heat recycling system,which can save energy when the workers do painting while using burners in cold winter. What is more,it has a inner scissor lifter which can lift the vehicles up to do painting for the bottom of vehicles.

2. Entrance and exit doors (front and rear doors): Two sets of four white doors. 2 small doors.
3. Lighting system: 56 ceiling lights x24W, 56 waist lights x24W.
4. Platform: 300mm high platform, full floor grille with ground cotton filter.
5. Room body: 50mm thick EPS wall panel,colorful steel plate, galvanized top plate, top plate with rock wool insulation. The sealing plates of the room and the cabinet are both high gloss white.
6. Fan system (two sets): a total of two units of 11KW inlet fans and two units of 11KW  exhaust fans, equipped with white filter bags and black activated carbon filter bags. Equipped with 2 sets of heat recovery systems.
7. Duct: 4 straight and 8 bends, including 4 pieces of 90 ° bends and 4 pieces of 45 ° bends. Smoke pipe with 8 straight and 4 bends.
8. Heating system (two sets): There are a total of two Riello RG5S diesel burners. 2 pieces of BELIMO 20 N electric dampers.
9. Electric control box: The new type of electric control box is equipped with Mitsubishi frequency converter, high and low pressure detection and high temperature alarm devices.
