Water Based Paint Spray Booth For Sale Configuration:

Wallboard Panel: Sandwich style EPS 50mm thickness. Colorful steel skin boards 0.426mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel.

Basement : Galvanized steel sheet and square steel pipe construction. Whole grids with floor filter. Full ramps.

Front Doors and Service Door: 3 pcs of luxury front doors with 0.8mm thickness colorful steel skin. Size: 3000(w) x 2750(h). 1 pc of emergency door.Watching window with aluminum frame.

Air Generation System: 2x4kw intake fan, 1x5.5kw exhaust fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.

Water Based Paint Drying System: 60 units ceiling nozzles with 3 sets of centrifugal fans and 2 sets of dryers inside the booth for Water Based Paint.

Diesel Heating Ssystem: Italy Riello RG5S diesel burner, 260000Kcal/h. The heating time 4-5min(20-60。C). Max. temperature at 80。C. Fuel consumption is 5-6kg/vehicle.

Heat Exchanger: Made of stainless steel. The heat exchange rate reaches 85%.

Lighting Fixture System: Ceiling light has 24 pcs of 16w LED lamps. Side light has 16 pcs of 16w LED lamps. 

Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.

Pollution Control System: Multi-layer fiberglass filter.
