Automotive Car Paint Spray Booth With Mobile Infrared Lamp In Saudi Arabia

1. The height limit of the site is 5000mm, preferably within 4900mm, and column wrapping is required.

2. Internal dimensions: L7100 × W4600 × H2800 (mm) (as shown in the attached figure), wall panel thickness 50mm rock wool board, 0.426mm surface color board, wall panel male and female openings wrapped with iron sheet, do not see rock wool, top plate galvanized board.

3.300mm high powder spraying platform, customer pit sinking 270mm, 30mm needs to have built-in climbing (made into an angle free), all floor grille with filter cotton. Install an embedded scissor lift in the middle of the platform.

4.Four pieces of sheet metal doors, 304 stainless steel brushed facade, size: W4000 × H2800 (mm) with aluminum alloy windows, window size: W510 × H2260 (mm), one of the middle doors with pressure lock and door handle, can be opened from outside the room. 

5. Water based system: 36 air nozzles are divided into left and right rows for discharge, equipped with two sets of1.5KW fans; Two dry fans are installed in the room.

6. A set of intake and exhaust system, 2 × 5.5KW intake fans, 1 × 7.5KW exhaust fan, BELIMO 20N electric air door. Note: Due to site limitations, the intake and exhaust fans can be opened from the side for maintenance.

7. Install mobile infrared baking lamps in the room, total of 3KW.

8. Two heating systems: one is an Italia Riello G20 diesel burner heating system, and the furnace chamber should have observation explosion-proof holes. The other heating system is 10 sets of infrared lamps in the room,totally 30KW.

9. Totally of 52 pieces of LED tubes are available for installation.

10. The electric control box is embedded in the door vertical panel, with a touch screen electric control box and Mitsubishi variable frequency system, which can control two sets of air circulation system. Equipped with high temperature and high pressure power-off devices, and emergency stop switches in the room.
