Water curtain cabinet working process: water pump draws water to the water channel of top cabinet,then water will flow down to the water tank uniformly to become waterfall.Pulling by the air flow of fan,paint mist will go to the water curtain cabinet and waste gas treatment system. A little of paint mist will go outside from the exhaust air ducting. Pulling by the air of fan,the paint mist will be initial washed and absorbed by the water curtain,then paint mist will become dust particle and go to recycling bins. After passing guide plate and high pressure water spraying,paint mist and water gas will become dust particle and go recycling bins finally.

2.50mm foam room board, surface colorfual board, wall board male and female mouth sealing iron sheet, four sheet metal doors, one side door 0.8x2m aluminum alloy edging, aluminum alloy window.

3. No platform, rear mounted air intake cabinet.

4.One water curtain cabinet is located on the 4.6-wide side (rear), with dimensions of 4000 x 1200 x 1900mm per cabinet. Each cabinet is equipped with one set of water pump and comes with explosion-proof lights.

5. Two sets of built-in air inlet fan, 1 set of exhaust fan, with sealing cotton.

6. 24 pieces of LED slanted lights and 8 pices of LED side lights, installed and packaged in the factory.
