This combined waterfall paint spray booth is installed in India. It is used for furniture and woodworking painting.The middle spray booth room is used for painting,and the two side rooms are used for baking.The heating system of two baking booth is infrared lamp.

It is called water curtain spray booth also.

Part 1 (Room 1 and Room 3, two single baking rooms without platforms)

1. Internal dimensions: L7.45.

2. Entrance and exit doors: There are a total of 2 sets of white luxury sheet metal doors, each with 2 panels. The size of each set is 1900 (W) * 2800 (H) mm.

3. Lighting system: 6 sets of LED lights with a flat top;

4. Room body: 50mm rock wool wall panel with surface colorful board, wall panel male and female openings sealed with iron sheet, single baking room uses rock wool wall panel as the top plate, equipped with steel wire rope hoisting, with a height of 10m from the ground to the roof.

5. Heating system: infrared heating, 10 sets of heating per single baking booth, 3 infrared lamps per set; There are 20 sets of infrared heating lamp panels in two rooms, totaling 60kw. 

6. Electric control box: Both units use standard microcomputer electric control boxes with high temperature protection devices.

Part 2 (Room 2, a single waterfall spray booth without a platform)

2. Entrance and exit doors: There is a total of 1 set of white luxury sheet metal doors, with 2 panels per set and dimensions of 1900 (W) * 2800 (H) mm per set.

3. Lighting system: There are a total of 6 sets of oblique lights with 3 pieces of LED lights.

4. Room body: 50mm rock wool wall panel with surface colorful board, wall panel male and female openings sealed with iron sheet, single spray galvanized roof panel.

5. Fan system: 1 set of generating cabinets, with 2 sets of built-in inlet fans.

6. No platform, pit grid size: L2290 * W2940mm, water curtain cabinet size: W3000 * D1200 * H1300mm, 1 set of exhaust fan, 1 set of water pump;

7. Exhaust duct with 3 straight and 2 bends, equipped with an emergency stop switch.

8. Electric control box: Standard electric control box.

9. There are 3 sets of sliding doors in the middle of the three rooms, each with 2 doors. The size of each set is 1900 (W) * 2800 (H) mm. The sliding door opens from the single spray room in the middle to the single baking rooms on both sides.
