Booth 1: Single Spray Booth (Orange Main Doors + High-Gloss White Booth Body)

Internal dimensions: L5m × W5m × H3m

Access doors: 3 pieces of EPS orange sheet metal main doors, each sized 3m × 2.95m. Equipped with high-gloss white door headers and front vertical panels, plus one small personnel door.

Central sliding doors: 2 pieces, sized 2.25m × 2.75m, with handles fitted on both sides.

Lighting system: 24 ceiling lamps (6 rows × 4 pcs), 24W each; 10 side lamps (5 rows × 2 pcs), 24W each.

Base platform: Not supplied.

Booth structure: 50mm thick EPS panels, 0.476mm color steel sheets, galvanized roof panels. All cladding panels for the booth and air handling cabinet are high-gloss white.

Fan system: 2 built-in 4KW air intake fans, 1 built-in 5.5KW exhaust fan, equipped with V-shaped filter cotton. Manual air dampers fitted on air intake cabinets for airflow regulation.

Air ducts: 3 straight duct sections, 2 elbows + 1 manual exhaust air damper, including one 90° elbow and one 45° elbow.

Heating system: Not equipped.

Electric control cabinet: Standard control cabinet with pressure detection function.

Exhaust filtration system: Filter dimensions: 5000mm × 2080mm.

Custom customer logo to be applied; artwork provided by International Trade Department.

Booth 1 and Booth 2 share the central partition wall.

Booth 2: Drying Oven (Orange Main Doors + High-Gloss White Booth Body)

Internal dimensions: L5m × W7m × H3m

Access doors: 3 pieces of EPS orange sheet metal main doors, each sized 3m × 2.95m. Doors fitted with pressure locks and handles; high-gloss white door headers and front vertical panels included.

Lighting system: 32 ceiling lamps (8 rows × 4 pcs), 24W each.

Base platform: Not supplied.

Booth structure: 50mm thick EPS wall panels with 0.476mm color steel sheets; 50mm thick EPS roof panels. All cladding panels for the booth and air handling cabinet are high-gloss white.

Heating system: 18 sets of infrared heating lamps installed on the interior ceiling, 3 infrared lamps per set. An extra 10 infrared lamp tubes provided as spare parts.

Electric control cabinet: Upgraded new-type control cabinet.

Support beams installed inside the roof frame.
