3, Equipment process description and structural design

1. Conveyor equipment

The conveying equipment mainly consists of electric drives, heavy hammer tensioning mechanisms, chains, rails, curved rails, telescopic rails, inspection rails, brackets, electrical control systems, overload automatic protection devices, etc. Adopting QXG300 heavy-duty suspension conveyor chain, the crossbeam type lifting device can bear a load of 160Kg; Electric drive Vmax ≈ 0-1.5m/min, install 1 set of electric drive. The tensioning device is equipped with a displacement limit protection switch device to ensure smooth operation of the entire chain. The entire line is equipped with suspension chain emergency stop switches at the positions of hanging, spraying, and driving equipment on the workpiece, and the driving installation is equipped with mechanical and electrical dual safety protection. The track support frame inside the baking oven is made of 60 × 120 square tube material.

2. High temperature oven

1) Baking oven body: The high-temperature baking oven adopts a through structure, and the baking chamber body skeleton and support frame are made of profiles, which are made of 50 × 100 and 100 × 100 square tube materials with a thickness of 2.0mm. The insulation board for the high-temperature oven chamber is made of 125mm rock wool socket insulation board, and the middle layer is filled with 100K rock wool insulation material. The inner and outer panels are pressed together with the insulation material, and the outer wall temperature of the chamber is not higher than 15 ℃ above the ambient temperature.

2) Heating system: The heating device adopts indirect heating method, and the outdoor side panel of the hot blast stove is made of 0.5mm thick color coated steel plate; The thickness of the insulation layer is 150mm, and the material is rock wool. The inner panel of the combustion furnace insulation cabinet is made of 0.5mm thick galvanized steel plate; The heat exchanger material is made of high-temperature resistant 321 stainless steel plate welded together; The diesel combustion engine for the high-temperature baking furnace uses the Italian RIELLO brand RL44, with an output heat of 400000 kcal. The hot air circulation fan uses the high-temperature resistant plug-in 5 # centrifugal fan, with a power of 7.5KW and an air volume of 30000M3/h; It can automatically adjust the size of the combustion flame according to the temperature, making the paint temperature more stable.

The temperature control system is equipped with two sets of temperature controls to regulate the temperature inside the hot air stove and baking oven (the system will automatically maintain a constant baking temperature); The circulating fan is interlocked with the combustion engine, and the system will automatically shut down the electric heating tube when the circulating fan fails; The system is equipped with protection circuits such as overheating, phase loss, and short circuit.

The temperature inside the baking room is automatically controlled by a digital temperature controller for both heating and temperature control. When the temperature exceeds the limit, an audible and visual alarm will sound

3) Thermal air curtain machine: Install one set of thermal air curtain machine at each entrance and exit of the baking oven, with a motor power of 1.5kw, to prevent hot air from flowing out. Install one exhaust pipe at the top of the entrance and exit of the baking oven.
