Manual powder spraying line and high temperature furnace configuration:

Part 1: Dual station manual powder spraying room+powder spraying gun (all white)

A dual station powder spraying room with a total of 2 powder spraying windows.

External dimensions: L4600 x W1100 x H2200mm.

Internal dimensions: L3800 x W1000 x H1600mm.

Lighting system: 4 sets of 24W LED explosion-proof lights,totally 8 pieces of lights tubes.

Booth body: 1.2mm thick galvanized sheet powder coated.

Powder recovery system: Pulse airflow backflow cleaning system, with 6 filter cartridges of diameter 320 × 600 in each room, totally 12 filter cartridges.

Ventilation system: each powder spray booth has one set of  4KW (4-72-4A) centrifugal fan, totally 2 sets.

Exhaust duct: 0.8mm galvanized sheet with a cross-section of 400 x 400 (mm), each room has a 4-meter long exhaust duct and 2 elbows;

Powder spray gun and powder bucket: totally sets.

Part 2: High temperature oven (white wall panel, orange frame)

External dimensions of the furnace: L4000 x W2000 x H2800mm. 100mm thick rock wool insulation board, 0.526mm color steel plate, 1.2mm thick steel plate with edge wrapping, assembled structure. 

Gate size: Manual sliding door, W1800 x H2000 (mm)

Hot air stove (1 set): external size 1800 x 1300 x 1300 (mm), 100mm thick rock wool insulation board; Install one set of 75KW stainless steel electric heating rods inside the furnace; 1 plug-in high-temperature resistant fan (air volume: 7000m3/h, power 2.2kw)

Circulating air duct: Cross section 1000 x 250 (mm), 0.8mm galvanized steel plate and square pipe structure, length 3 meters to 2 pieces.

Part 3: Transfer Track and Support Frame. 

Activity track: C-shaped structure, cross-section 80 x 80 (mm), 3.5mm thick steel plate, length 4 meters; totally 4 sets. Can bear a weight of 200KG.

Load bearing track: 5 # angle iron, 3.8 meters long; There are a total of 2 items. Can bear a weight of 200KG.

Fixed track: C-shaped structure, cross-section 80 x 80 (mm), 3.5mm thick steel plate, length 5 meters; A total of 8 sets. Can bear a weight of 200KG.

Load bearing sliding trolley: 4-wheel structure, with a maximum single load capacity of 100KG; A total of 20 sets.

Sliding wheel: iron structure, with a load capacity of 100KG; A total of 8 sets.

Support column: 100 x 100 carbon steel square tube, with a height of approximately 2800mm; A total of 8 sets.

Part 4: Electric control box (L400 x W200 x H500mm), total of 2 sets

Air switches, contactors, and thermal relays, buttons and indicator lights are selected from Shanghai products. The hot air system is set to control the temperature inside the high-temperature room (the system will automatically remain constant at the set baking temperature). The system is equipped with protective circuits such as over temperature, phase loss, and short circuit; Set up over temperature warning; After setting the baking temperature and time, the system will automatically complete the entire baking process. The powder spraying system is equipped with a pulse circuit to regularly control the backwash cleaning of the filter element. Set the switch between manual and automatic functions.
