Wall Panel: Sandwich style 50mm thickness  EPS for heat insulation. Colorful steel skin boards 0.426mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel.
Basement: 300mm powder coating galvanized steel sheet and square steel pipe construction. 2 rows of grids with floor filter & 3 rows of checkered plates. 2 pcs of ramps for car enterance.

Door: 3 pcs of luxury front doors with 0.8mm thickness colorful steel skin. Size: 3000(w) x 2750(h). 1 pc of emergency door.Watching window with aluminum frame.
Air Generation System: 2 sets of 4kw air inlet fans, 1 set of 5.5kw air outlet fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.

Infrared Heating System: consists of 10 sets of infrared boxes,each box has a cover with a stainless steel mirror reflector and 3 tubes, total 30 tubes). Infrared Heat radiation have a feature of high penetration, efficient, no noise, pollution free etc.

Heat Exchanger: Two layers of heat exchanger made of stainless steel. The heat exchange rate reaches 85%.
Lighting Fixture: Ceiling light has 24 pcs of 16w LED lamps. Side light has 16 pcs of 16w LED lamps.
Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.
Pollution Control System: Multi-layer fiberglass filter.

Control Panel: Advanced digital control panel with frequency invertor control. The components are from overseas or famous domestic CHINT electric products,environmental friendly. Features: 1.12V safe electricity control.2.control mode and parameters can be set.3.electricity leakage trip protection. 4.fans delay start.5. fans overload power off protection.6.Failure location.

Infarared spray booth doesn't have air pollution when baking,so it is environtmental friendly. Our infared spray paint booth is very safe,because our spray booth has safety control device. If you don't open the cover of infared box,the infared tubes won't be working.
