Combined Car Spray Booth And Prep Bay With Stainless Steel Front Doors:

1. Inner Dimension: L8xW3.9xH3.5m.

2. 50mm thickness Rock wool wall pane and ceiling panel, 0.476mm colorful steel thickness.

3. 3 pieces of EPS stainless steel fron doors with 3 lines of hinges. 

4. 1X11KW Turbo fan with withe pocket filter, 1X7.5KW turbo fan with black pocket filter,full internal air circulation.

5. 60 pieces of nozzles with 3 sets of 2.2kw fan. Four dryers inside spray booth.

6. 400mm high adjustable basement,full grids with filter. Inner ramp. 

7. FS20 Italy Riello Gas burner for heating. Meanwhile, it has 10 boxes infrared lamps for heating. Each box has 3 pcs of infrared tubes. 

8. 32pieces x 16W of LED ceiling light，16 piecesx 16W of side lights.

11. Digital control box with air pressure display and high temp alarm. 

12. The spray booth inner ceiling has movable infrared lamp system. 

Prep bay Specifications: 

1.  Inner Dimension: L8xW3.9xH3.5m。

2. 50mm rock wool rear, left and ceiling material. 0.476mm colorful steel thickness. Other two sides is PVC curtain. 

3. The material of front prep bay is stainless steel.  

4. Full grids with filter. Inner ramp. 

5. 32pieces x 16W of LED ceiling light.

5. 1X5.5KW Turbo fan with withe pocket filter, 1X5.5KW turbo fan with black pocket filter. The air ducting has manual damper.

12. The spray booth inner ceiling has movable infrared lamp system.
