Manual powder spraying line configuration: 

1, Spray section

1. Room size: 4.1x1.6x3.25m 

2. Spray bottom plate: 1.5mm stainless steel plate 304

3. Spray swelling: 1.0mm stainless steel plate 304

4. Water tank: 2.0mm stainless steel plate 304, total 3 sets. Equipped with three 5.5 KW water pumps and 0.6 MPA. One set of 21kw electric heating is used for insulation. Each water tank returns water independently.

5. Spray pipe: PPR water pipe, clip on nozzle.

6. Water pump: vertical pump in the tank

7. Electric control box: Spray independent electric control 

2,Moisture drying furnace section

1. Curing oven size: L3.35 × W1.15 × H3.45m 

2. Curing oven insulation: 100mm thick rock wool board, bulk density 100kg/m ³

3. Heating chamber: electric heating, stainless steel heating bar, power: 45kw heating rod, equipped with a 2.2KW high-temperature fan.

4. Electric control box: Independent electric control for drying furnace 

3,Powder spraying section

1. Powder spraying cabinet size: 4x1.5x3.3m, door size: 1x2.5m. 

2. Powder spraying room: bottom ventilation (flip plate), 1.2t galvanized powder spraying treatment (gray white) for wall panels, 2 sets of manual positions, 2 sets of manual platforms, 4 sets of lighting fixtures (light box 24V * 2/set)

3. Cyclone: L1.2m × W1.2m × H2.5m (diameter 1.0 meter), equipped with accessories such as air pipe, powder pump, powder pipe, etc. 

4. Secondary recycling: fan: 22kw, air volume 10000m ³/h, 9 sets of rotary wing filter elements (2 per set), connected to air ducts 

Note: Cyclone and secondary recycling need to be equipped with various accessories

4, Curing oven section

5. Furnace body size: L3.4 × W1.8 × H3.45 

6. Furnace body insulation: 100mm thick rock wool board, bulk density 100kg/m ³

7. Combustion chamber: electric heating, stainless steel heating bars, power: 72kw

8. Electric control box: independent electric control for curing furnace 

5,Conveyor system part (manual)

1. Conveyor track: QXG-150#

2. Mobile rails: 2 sets (3 rails/set)
