Spray painting equipment is a mechanical device used for spraying paint on metal surfaces. Select different types of coatings and corresponding post-treatment equipment (curing oven, baking machine) according to different process requirements. Generally, compressed air is used as the power source for conveying or inhaling coatings; For large workpieces, pump feeding and pressure feeding coating methods can also be used to meet their needs. Due to its high degree of automation and flexibility, this equipment is widely used in the construction of anti-corrosion coatings on parts surfaces and protective decorative layers on steel products and other objects in the mechanical processing industry for various purposes. Taking the powder spraying production line as an example, the basic structure and working principle are introduced below:

1. The complete set of equipment for an automatic continuous production line consists of a front transmission part and a rear feeding mechanism. It mainly consists of the following parts:
(1) Front transmission part: The drive system of the electric motor and reducer, consisting of components such as the electric motor, reducer, gearbox, and coupling. It is the core component of the entire assembly line.
(2) Rear feeding mechanism and fan unit: The rear air duct is connected to the air inlet of each workstation and leads to the dust removal and purification room. The filtered clean airflow blows the powder into each working position from the outlet. In situations where there is a lot of dust, a vacuum cleaner can be installed to remove the dust from the air before proceeding to the next process; When the dust content in the air is low, this accessory is not needed. In addition, there is a dust filter cartridge as an auxiliary protective facility to prevent static electricity from generating and damaging the internal components of the machine.
(3) Duct system: used to regulate and control the airflow of the entire system to achieve optimal results, while ensuring a good ventilation environment for each operator.
(4) Anti corrosion filter: installed at the end of the pipeline to provide protection against corrosive gases contaminating the pipeline and causing malfunctions.
(5) Mist eliminator is used to eliminate the drop produced by liquid spray, which affects the product quality.
(6) Air compressor, oil storage tank, lubrication station; Provide the necessary air pressure and lubricating oil for the air compressor to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
2. Working process:
1) The rotation of the electric motor drives the main motor to drive the pulley, which is then transmitted to the active drum through a V-belt for rotational motion. The material disk is then pushed by the worm to roll in the circumferential direction. When the material passes through the screen, it moves towards the outlet end under the action of centrifugal force, forming a continuous spiral flow state.
2) When a certain speed is reached, the measurement begins. At this time, the variable frequency speed controller starts the solenoid valve to control the opening and closing of the cylinder, thereby changing the flow rate until the set value is reached. At this point, the motor will cut off the power and stop running, completing a cycle action. Repeat this process until the required output is reached
