How To Do Car Body Paint Spraying

1) Car body for rust prevention and internal spraying: It depends on the condition of the body to be completed by body repair worker.

(2) Grinding and trimming the hypotenuse: Use P60~180# sandpaper to grind the body and place where the ash is needed.

(3) Dust removal and cleaning: Use a pressure gun and silicon cleaner to remove fine dust and stains from the vehicle body.

(4) Sticking: Use anti-sticking techniques to apply masking paper.

(5) Coating Primer: Mix 4:1 red primer and spray 1~2 layers to expose the exposed metal, then dry.

(6) Filling atomic ash: The mixed multifunctional atomic ash is filled in the sunken position on the body and placed in a 20 degree Celsius environment for 30 minutes.

(7) Polishing putty: Use P60~240# sandpaper to grind, and feel flatness, pinholes, and impressions by hand or polish the indicator layer.

(13) Polishing intermediate paint: Use P320~400# sandpaper to polish the dried intermediate paint.

(19) Spraying base paint in the spray booth: spray 2~3 layers of plain paint, silver paint or pearl paint, each layer is separated by 5~10 minutes.

(20) Varnish spraying in car painting booth: Mix and spray two layers of varnish, each layer is separated by 5 to 10 minutes, add curing agent and thinner with temperature.

(21) Baking: Let stand 5 to 10 minutes, 60 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes in the car baking booth. Drying and curing need to be judged. If it is sticky with a finger touch, the surface is dry. If the finger touches do not leave a mark, it is semi-hard dry. If the finger is not pressed, it is completely dry.
