1. Operators should understand the structure, performance, principles, and operating procedures of the painting production line before they can take up their posts.

2. Prepare for painting and activate the heating device; When the temperature rises to the set temperature, start the conveying device, activate the circulating fan, and turn on the conveying lubrication device.

Before using the conveyor, all parts should be checked for any issues before use; Regularly check the fasteners and tension of the suspension chain, and clean the hanging fixtures regularly.

4. When starting the conveyor, the speed should be smooth, and the chain speed should be gradually increased from low. When shutting down, the chain speed should be adjusted to zero to avoid sudden damage to the rectifier components.

5. The suspended workpiece should be firm and stable, and should not exceed the workpiece size specified by the suspension chain (workpiece diagonal ≤ 1m); The workpiece quality cannot exceed the limit specified by the suspension chain; The line speed specified by the suspension chain cannot exceed 1.5m.

6. Select the set temperature and line speed based on the thickness of the workpiece; The thicker the workpiece, the higher the temperature and the slower the chain speed.

7. Paint temperature setting - ℃, constant temperature for 30-40 minutes, spray temperature setting - ℃, constant temperature for 15-20 minutes.

8. Apply butter evenly to the inner wall of the front chamber before the workpiece enters the water curtain spray booth, add curing agent to the water, and then turn on the water pump, fan, and lighting in sequence. Spray the workpiece when it is delivered; Clean the inner walls of the room and the paint attached to the sink in a timely manner before leaving work, clean the water pump filter screen in a timely manner, and turn off the power and gas sources.

9. The thickness of the spray booth water curtain should be ≥ 2mm and uniform. The water level in the sink cannot be higher than the filter screen of the water pump, nor can it be too low.

10. Before the workpiece enters the powder spraying room, turn on the fan, lighting, and power supply of the spraying host in sequence, and start spraying when the workpiece is fed in. Clean the powder path of the sprayer before leaving work, collect and recycle the powder, sieve it and put it into a powder bucket or box, turn off the power and gas source; Regularly clean and inspect the filter element.

11. Adopting a suspended conveyor system, its load capacity and traction capacity need to be calculated and interference plotted. The speed of the chain also has corresponding requirements for the matching of the equipment. The spraying equipment also requires the stability of the chain. In the design process, the influence of various factors should be fully considered, and selecting a suitable conveying method is the ideal approach.

12. The interior of the drying room should be kept clean, and damaged quartz tubes should be replaced in a timely manner. When replacing quartz tubes, the wiring terminals should be tightened.

13. Five emergency stop buttons are arranged on the painting line to stop production in a timely manner in case of any problems. After troubleshooting, the emergency stop buttons can be turned off to continue working.
