Preparation Work Before Setting Up Car Lift

In order to better serve you and ensure the installation of equipment and installation quality, please help with the following preparatory work.

 1, foundation, electrical preparation:

 ① 7-15 days ahead of schedule to complete the construction of equipment and to ensure that the concrete has been curing period. And the foundation concrete must meet the following requirements:

  ◆ a one-time infusion of concrete structure, the thickness of not less than 150mm and no steel, must be completely dry before installation;

  ◆ installation of the ground must be flat, level, no cracks.

  ◆ Scissor lifter pit operation in accordance with the Division I to provide the basis of the drawings construction, in the actual construction process do not understand the place, please contact with us in time.

 ② ready to install before the installation of power: 380V three-phase five-wire, wire diameter ≥ 2.5mm2, with a zero line, ground. 220V single-phase three-wire, diameter ≥ 2.5mm2, with a zero line, ground.

 ③ power can be from the lift power column (with the column of the pump column) overhead overhead or from the underground cable to the equipment power column and stay more than 1500mm. Each machine's power supply should be equipped with an independent leakage protection switch.

 ④ gas requirements (scissors lift): the air supply to the reserved electrical installation position, pressure requirements 4 ~ 6MPa.

 ⑤ hydraulic oil: Please use 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil, double column, four columns 11L /set, small shear / 14L, large shear / 16L
