Safe Operation Procedures For Automotive Paint Booths

1. First, turn on the main power switch of the car paint room console.

2. Open the air compressor air supply valve; check the oil-water separator, and drain the filtered oil and water cleanly; check whether the air pressure reaches 4Kg/cm2 or more.

3. Turn on the paint room lighting switch and exhaust fan switch; check whether the ventilation is smooth.

4. After the vehicle enters the paint booth of the car, the door of the bakehouse shall be closed immediately; non-workers shall be allowed to enter the door when the staff enters or exits. Ensure that the barn room is free of dust, oil and wax pollution.

5. It is forbidden to have any fireworks in the grilling room.

6. The construction personnel should make appropriate physical protection measures: wear a gas mask and wear protective clothing to ensure personal health and construction quality.

7.Before baking paint, adjust the temperature (between 60~70°C) and set the baking time. Check if there is enough fuel, then turn on the baking paint switch and the paint room will work automatically.

8. After the construction is completed, the car is opened out of the barn, and the paint room must be cleaned immediately. Then close the paint door and turn off the power switch.

9. Automobile paint booths can only be operated by painting team personnel. Other non-technical personnel are not allowed to use them privately.
