Safety Operation Procedures For Car Paint Booths

1. First open the car main switch console power main switch.

2. Open the air compressor air supply valve; check the oil water separator to discharge the filtered oil and water; check whether the wind pressure reaches 4Kg/cm 2 or more.

3. Turn on the paint switch and exhaust fan switch of the paint booth; check whether the ventilation is smooth.

4. Immediately after the vehicle enters the car paint booth, the door of the barn is closed; the staff members should be closed when the door is closed. Non-workers are not allowed to enter. Ensure that the barn is protected from dust, oil and wax.

5. All fireworks are strictly prohibited in the baking room.

6. Construction personnel should take appropriate physical protection measures: wear anti-virus masks and put on protective work clothes to ensure personal health and construction quality.

7. Before baking the paint, adjust the temperature (between 60~70°C) and set the time for baking. Check if there is enough fuel, then open the paint switch, and the paint room can work automatically.

8. After the construction is completed, the car must be cleaned in the baking room, then the paint room must be cleaned immediately, then the door of the paint door should be closed and the main switch of the power supply should be turned off.

9. The car paint booth can only be operated by the paint team, and other non-technical personnel are not allowed to use it automatically.
