Safety Operation Regulations for Spray Painting Equipment

1. Operators need to undergo professional technical training for spray painting operations and have operational qualifications before they can start working; The operator must understand the working principle and structural performance of the equipment, proficiently master the usage method and operation process of the equipment, and strictly operate the equipment according to the requirements of the user manual.

2. The paint used for spray painting should avoid direct contact with the skin. When spraying, use a work cap, protective clothing, goggles, gloves, and a gas mask for isolation. Strictly wear protective equipment and do not wear synthetic products to prevent static electricity.

3. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited in paint and spray painting areas, and signs prohibiting smoking and open flames and firefighting equipment for extinguishing fires shall be set up in accordance with regulations. Regular inspections shall be conducted to maintain effectiveness. Operators should master fire prevention knowledge, be familiar with the location and correct use of fire-fighting equipment.

4. The painting location should be well ventilated, and no fire source should be used within 5 meters around it. During painting operations, open flame operations such as welding and gas cutting are prohibited within ten meters of the painting room. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the paint spraying area.

5. Operators should understand the common knowledge of paint mixing.
