Dry-type paint booths are the most popular and largest spray booths in modern times. For example, our common automotive 4S shop is a dry paint booth. The effect is good and does not pollute the environment. It is worth us to advocate.

When the paint is lacquered, outdoor fresh air enters the air duct, passes through the fresh air filter, blower, heating system, sub-efficient filter, and air duct, and is sent to the air chamber. The filtered fresh air was fed into the chamber at a speed of 0.5 m/s from the plenum, and the workpiece was placed in a uniform flow layer with a constant wind speed. The overspray mist in the paint booth is removed by the bottom filter device. During the spraying process, the organic gas that has been volatilized is filtered by the environmental protection device and discharged into the atmosphere through the ventilator under the action of the induced draft fan.

The entire air filtration is secondary filtration, ie, a combination of primary filtration (fresh air filtration) and sub-efficient filtration (top filtration). The top filter device is located at the top of the spray booth (including the bottom of the air supply chamber) and is supported by the top net. The top net is a high-quality C-shaped steel structure. After special rust-proof treatment, it has good rigidity, no rust, and easy replacement of the top cotton. The mist treatment uses flat glass fiber yarn combined with M-type activated carbon 3-channel filtration device to ensure that the exhaust gas reaches the relevant national standards. After the slurry is cured, the rubber tube can be removed.
