The application of car paint booths is already very common, but there will always be some misunderstandings in the selection, we have three types of car paint booths according to airflow.

The first category is the cross-flow car paint booth:

The airflow flows from the front end (front) to the other end (rear) of the paint booth. This design is low in cost and easy to install. The disadvantage is that the mist moves along the side of the vehicle body, and the mist cannot be removed from the operator's face. The environment is not satisfactory.

The second category is the side undercut car paint booth:

The outdoor air enters the spray booth through the filter unit of the paint chamber and is discharged from the side wall of the room. This is a mid-range spray booth. Since the mist is far from the body itself and can remove mist from the operator's surroundings, the paint effect and working environment are ideal.

The third category is the full undercut car paint booth:

It embodies the most advanced technology available today. Air enters from the paint room and is discharged to the outside through a pit or platform. This exhaust method provides a cleaner painting process and a safe working environment, but its cost is high. Take up a lot of space.
