Tire Changer Safety Technical Operation Procedures

1. Before use, remove any equipment and debris that may interfere with work on or near the tire changer, and check whether the various parts of the machine are normal. 2. When you remove the tire, completely remove the air from the tire and remove any lead from the rim. 3. Before removing the tire, place the tire in the tire pressing position, rotate the tire repeatedly and operate the compression arm to completely separate the tire and the steel ring. During the extrusion process, the hands and feet should be prevented from being pressed into the arm. 4. Avoid bumping the equipment when the tire is placed on the disassembly table. Before depressing the pedal to lock the steel ring, make sure there are no foreign objects between the chuck and the steel ring. Do not allow fingers to check whether the steel ring is upright. 5. Apply lubricant to the inner ring of the tire with a brush before disassembling the tire. Do not use mineral oil as a lubricant. 6. When disassembling the tire, use a crowbar to pick the edge of the tire on the bird's head. Pay attention to the direction and strength of the crowbar and never allow the hand to penetrate deep into the crevice. After picking the bird's head out of the tire and removing the crowbar, it can step on the pedal to rotate the chuck and pull the tire out of the rim. 7. Before inflating the tires, you should first confirm whether the tire pressure gauge is normal or not. When inflating, you must pay attention to safety. Observe the pressure gauge to avoid injury caused by tire overpressure. 8. At the end of each day's work, the body and its periphery must be cleaned and the rotating parts must be lubricated.
