8, non-essential personnel, must not enter the baking room.

In the day-to-day maintenance, to maintain the best effect of the baking room, should be done regularly to clean and inspect the following:

1, daily cleaning room pencil, glass and pedestal, lest dust and paint accumulation;

2, every week clean into the wind dust net, check the exhaust dust NET is the accumulation of plug, such as the air pressure increase in the room, must replace the exhaust dust nets;

3, each working 150h should be replaced by the station dust-isolating fiber cotton;

4, each working 300h should be replaced by the air dust net;

6, each quarter should check the inlet and exhaust motor drive belt slack;

7, every six months should clean the whole paint room and the ground look, check the circulating wind valve, inlet and exhaust fan bearings, check the burner exhaust channel, cleaning the sediment in the tank, cleaning the paint room water-borne protective film and re spraying;

8, each year should be cleaned the entire heat exchanger, including the combustion chamber and exhaust channels, each year or every 1200h of work should be replaced the paint roof cotton.
