One, the design of the baking room wall

The car paint room for wood furniture is required to be airtight, airtight, sturdy, durable and good in heat preservation. The fixed type generally uses concrete or a brick wall with an insulation layer, and the mobile type generally has a three-layer structure: the inner layer requires organic solvent-resistant materials (such as steel plate, aluminum plate, etc.), and the middle (also called insulation layer) is generally foamed with polystyrene Material or thermal insulation materials such as asbestos board or mineral wool board, the outer layer must be strong and durable. Multi-colored steel plates on both sides are laminated with polystyrene foam material in the middle, which is an ideal material.

2. Area design

For continuous ground wire or hanging wire type baking paint device, the heater (steam pipe, electric heater, far infrared generator, etc.) needs to be installed in the drying tunnel with conveyor belt, and the painted parts are sent into the drying tunnel , Driven by the conveyor belt (chain), from one end of the drying tunnel to the other end. During the conveying process, the coating is gradually heated to obtain a better drying quality. Generally, the whole drying tunnel is divided into low temperature zone, high temperature zone and medium temperature zone. Let the finished product pass through the low temperature zone to make the coating level naturally and part of the solvent in the paint to evaporate freely, then enter the high temperature zone to accelerate the drying of the coating, and then continue to dry through the medium temperature zone until the coating is cured. Therefore, the area of the Weilongda automobile paint booth should be considered comprehensively according to the length of the site line (or the suspension line), the moving speed, the curing time of the coating, and the company's products. For large enterprises, the area is generally not less than 300 square meters. The drying efficiency of the continuous drying device is higher than that of the periodic drying device, which is conducive to the mechanization of coating and automatic construction, but the investment is relatively large
