What are the requirements for the use of powder spraying equipment?

1. The powder coating line equipment is a coating process that charges the powder coating medium and causes it to adhere to the grounded workpiece. The adhesion of powder to workpieces mainly relies on the process of heating, solidification, and leveling of the workpiece that adsorbs the powder to form a complete coating. The equipment mainly consists of a moisture drying furnace, a powder solidification furnace, a suspended conveyor chain, a dual station automatic powder spraying room, an automatic powder spraying device, a heating device, an electrical control system, etc.

Before using the powder spraying line equipment, the drying furnace should be preheated and the exhaust fan of the paint spraying room should be turned on.

3. Operators must wear anti-static shoes or conductive shoes, and the resistance value should not exceed 1.5105 ohms.

Before operating the powder spraying line equipment, check whether all equipment, such as circuit connectors, spray gun installation, grounding wires, etc., are intact.

5. Confirm that all metal components in the paint booth, including exhaust pipes, gas supply pipes, and pipelines transporting flammable liquids, have been reliably grounded.

6. Operators must undergo technical training before taking up their posts.

The distance between high-voltage cables and other power lines should be kept at least 500 millimeters to prevent breakdown and discharge.

8. Turn all switches of the high-voltage generator to the 'off' position, and then turn on the main power switch on the high-voltage generator: first turn on the 220V power generation switch, the green light will turn on, then turn on the 380V power switch for 30 minutes, and then start the high-voltage button. After the red light turns on, gradually increase the voltage to 80-90 kV.

The distance between the spray cup and the workpiece shall not be less than 150mm.
