Why should the furniture spray room be equipped with a water curtain cabinet?

Why should the furniture spray room be equipped with a water curtain cabinet?

1. The relationship between the furniture spray booth and the water curtain cabinet

Furniture spray booths are all the rage nowadays, and many furniture spray booths are equipped with water curtains. This is a good phenomenon, because the water curtain can filter out more than 70% of paint mist and gas waste, which plays an important role in environmental protection. It is good for people and has no harm to the environment. However, the water curtain increases the resistance to the exhaust air of the furniture spray booth. If the filter cotton in the spray booth cannot drain out the dirty paint mist, the filter cotton must be replaced at this time. The paint booth also needs maintenance. Like a car, the oil filter must be replaced when driving to 5000 kilometers. The filter cotton in the paint booth has a long life. Generally speaking, it needs to be replaced every 2-3 months when it is busy. It needs to be changed every six months. This is beneficial to both the sprayed work and the paint booth, otherwise the spray paint booth will leak air and open glue. So don't lose big for small. This is some common sense on the maintenance of furniture paint room.
