The air entering the paint booth is the main source of contaminant. When the paint booth does not work,the paint booth doors should be closed to prevent outside air. Therefore, the ceiling filter and floor filter should be regularly replaced.

In the daily maintenance, to keep the best effect of paint booth, the following cleaning and inspection work should be done. Cleaning the paint booth walls, glass and platform base every day so as not to get dust and dust accumulation. Every week clean the inlet cotton and check the exhaust air filter whether there is dust accumulation. If paint booth pressure increases by no reason, the inlet cotton must be changed; The floor filter should be replaced every 150h working hours; every year should clean the entire heat exchanger, including the burning chamber and chimnery pipe; the ceiling cotton filter should be replaced every year or 1200 working hours.
