1. Due to the limit space of the customer's site, width≤5200mm, leave 500mm for sidewalk; height≤4100mm.
2. Internal dimension: L9850×W4550×H3550(mm), 75mm EPS wall panel, 0.476mm colorful steel skin board.
3. 4pcs of steel columns for each side of the paint booth room body, totally 8pcs.The customer will weld this folding pedal for painting the ceiling of the bus.
4. 4-folder type of front door with aluminum viewing window, size: W3700×H3500(mm);1pc of exit door, size: W800×H2000(mm) with aluminum viewing window,(it must be set at the same side of the fan unit, because of the limit space of the customer's site).
5. The fan unit is set at the rear, the base outlet is required to be 1600mm height.
6. 2 sets of 4KW centrifugal intake fans, air flow is 24000m³/h; 1 set of 5.5KW centrifugal exhaust fan, air flow is 15000m³/h. BELIMO 20N electric damper for switching the painting mode to baking mode. Exhaust air pipe will be equipped with manual damper for air control.
7. Italy Riello G20 diesel burner, 200000Kcal/h.
8. Ceiling light has 36pcs of LED lamp tubes; side light has 32pcs of LED lamp tubes.
9. Control box is equipped with safety device and emergency stop.
