1.Internal dimensions: L5150 × W3480 × H3250 mm.

2.Access doors: 2 sets of roller shutters, each sized W5000 × H3000 mm; 1 small access door sized W800 × H2000 mm with observation window

3.No floor platform, side exhaust design.

4.Booth wall panels: 50 mm EPS sandwich panels clad with 0.476 mm color steel sheets; galvanized steel ceiling. All cladding panels for the booth and heating cabinet are high-gloss white.

5.Fan system: One set of 5.5 KW double-inlet supply fan (equipped with frequency converter); One set of 5.5 KW double-inlet exhaust fan (equipped with frequency converter) fitted with flat filter cotton.

6.Air duct assembly: 1 manual air damper, 3 straight duct sections, 1 piece of 90° elbow and 1 piece of 45° elbow.

7.Heating system: 1 Riello G20 diesel burner complete with fuel tank; pneumatic air damper for switching between spraying and baking modes.

8.Electric control cabinet: New-type electrical control box; supply and exhaust fans fitted with Mitsubishi inverters, equipped with high/low air pressure detection and over-temperature alarm devices.
