According to the paint mist treatment method and its own structural characteristics, spray paint can be divided into two types: dry type and wet type, and wet type is divided into two types: water curtain type and water spin type. According to the energy used for heating, paint drying can be divided into steam heating, electric heating tube heating, oil heating, gas (natural gas, liquefied gas and coal gas) heating, etc., among which oil heating is a common choice with more economical operating costs. General large-scale production and assembly workshops have their own characteristics: the overall spray paint quality is high, the production batch is small, and the paint drying temperature is low. Therefore, spraying mostly uses a combination of dry fuel heating spray paint and baking paint, that is, the two processes of spraying and drying are realized at the same location, which not only meets the needs of the production process, but also saves space.

 

    Equipment composition

 

    The spray booth needs to meet the requirements of the painting operation on the environment's temperature, lighting, cleanliness, etc.; it can ensure the safety and health of the operators and meet the exhaust emission standards. It is generally composed of a room body, an air supply system, an exhaust system, a heating system, a filtering and trapping paint mist system, a lighting facility, an electric control system, and supporting systems, etc. The exhaust gas is discharged from the top and the bottom is exhausted. Heat up.

 

    1) Chamber body: the function is to limit the generated paint mist within a certain range, and then use the ventilation device to make the paint mist flow in the direction of airflow to the filter device for processing. It is composed of chamber wall, roof and ground grid. The wall of the room is generally made of color steel plate pressure-type pouring polyurethane foam light-body insulation board with glass windows. The roof of the room is placed on the wall of the room, and a uniform air filtering device is installed. The ground grid is placed on the ground return air duct, the grid gap is about 30-50mm, the height is 30-50mm, and it is welded and assembled with 3 to 4mm thick flat steel. There is also a telescopic mobile spray booth with a telescopic mobile front chamber, which brings more convenience for large-scale spraying operations.

 

    2) Air supply system: used to provide clean and suitable temperature air to the spray booth to meet the needs of production technology. When painting, the temperature in the paint spray booth is required to be 20-25℃ (room temperature in summer), wind speed ≥0.3m/s, and positive pressure 4-8Pa. When baking paint, the temperature in the spray paint room is required to be at (70±3)℃, and the temperature should be kept at (70±3)℃, and the temperature should be kept at (20±3)℃ for 5 hours. The general fan chooses B4-72-l2 type NO. 8C, air volume 17000m3/h, motor power 7.5kW, this fan is also used for hot air circulation during paint baking, the number of fan configuration depends on the actual technical requirements.

 

    3) Exhaust system: Use explosion-proof centrifugal fan, and the matching motor should also be explosion-proof. It is necessary to set an adjustment valve to make the exhaust air volume adjustable to ensure that the spray booth is under a slight positive pressure to prevent unclean gas or dust in the workshop Enter the spray booth. Generally choose axial fan or B4-72-12 NO. 8C, air volume 16000m3/h, motor power 7.5kW, and the number of fans depends on actual technical requirements.

 

    4) Heating system: equipped with a heating furnace, which contains three parts: burner, heat exchanger and oil supply pipeline system. The burner generally adopts the imported burner with high combustion efficiency, which is safe and easy to use and maintain. The entire combustion process is automatically controlled by the program controller. The damper is automatically adjusted and controlled by the servo. The high-voltage electronic ignition uses the electronic eye to monitor the flame, which is safe and reliable. specialty. The heat exchanger is its core component, and generally adopts a multi-pass shell-and-tube floating head structure. The flue path and the air path are two independent circulation systems. The heat exchange components are made of all stainless steel to ensure the quality of the circulating air. Multi-layer thermal insulation material has good thermal insulation effect, low exhaust temperature, low heat loss, high exchange efficiency; movable slide rail structure, convenient and simple maintenance. The oil circuit adopts seamless steel pipes and multi-stage filtering to ensure the quality of the fuel, thereby preventing impurities from blocking the oil circuit and ensuring the normal operation of the fuel system.

 

    5) Filtering and trapping paint mist system: high-efficiency non-woven filter bags should be installed at the inlet of the blower and the upper air inlet of the spray paint booth to filter out large particles in the air (dust removal rate 3μm, efficiency>95%) . The ground return air duct should be filtered with glass filament.

 

    6) Lighting facilities: The lighting lamps are located at the high and low positions of the wall in the spraying and baking room, and the illuminance should be ≥1000Lx.

 

    7) Electronic control system: It should have temperature and time adjustment and display functions, and the burner and the fan are interlocked and automatically controlled. The exhaust fan works in the painting state, but does not work in the baking state; the blower and the burner can be controlled separately, and the operation of each burner and the fan should have an indicator light; the temperature of the spray and baking room should be alarmed if the temperature exceeds 80~C; There must be a buzzer to notify the operator when the paint heat preservation is required; there must be a control switch for lighting and lifting trolley on the panel. And set up a control cabinet, adopt automatic temperature control, automatic delay, equipped with digital display temperature control instrument, low voltage circuit breaker and AC contactor.

 

    8) Supporting systems: including sliding doors of mobile trolleys, etc. The mobile trolley is installed on both sides of the spray booth in order to allow the staff to easily reach all parts of the spraying surface during painting. The sliding door is the width side of the spray booth for the parts to be sprayed in and out. There should be a side door on one side in the length direction, which can be automatically opened when the positive pressure in the spray booth is greater than 10Pa to ensure that the indoor air pressure is in the normal range. The side door should be on the same side as the heating chamber.
