How To Select Car Spray Booth Wall Panel

Spray booth is a paint spray and baking machine used for car,bus,furniture,woodworking,industrial equipment etc. It can protect the health of the workers and make painting and baking better.

Now today we talk about how to select the spray booth wall panel. It is made of colorful galvanized sheet. Normally it has EPS,Rock Wool and PU inside. Let me show you the differences between these three materials.

1. Compared with Rock Wool and PU, EPS is much cheaper. It is the cheapest in these three materials. Of course,the flame resistance and temperature protection is not as good as another two materials.It is good enough  In China,almost 90% customers will choose it. I think it is because the temperature in most of China is not very cold in the winter. EPS is white and light and easy to install. The high quality EPS has density with 14kg/m³.

2. Rock Wool is the heaviest in these three materials. Rock wool has better flame resistance and temperature protection than EPS.

In some countries,the winter is very cold,so they need better materials. We advise the clients from Sweden,Danmark,Norway,

Iceland etc choose rock wool wall panel. Of course,the cost of rock wool is higher than EPS. Rock wool also has disvantages.

For example,rock wool is weak and loose,so it is not as strong as EPS and PU. Meanwhile,rock wool will do harmful to your skin if you touch it.

3. PU is the best in three materials. It has highest flame resistance and temperature protection,meanwhile,it is heavy and strong. The problem is it is expensive. Many customers don't have enough budget to buy it.

In a word,we think EPS is enough for most of countries. If you want rock wool or PU,it is also avaiable.

The second factor is the colorful steel thickness. Normally,it has 0.326mm,0.426mm,0.476mm and 0.6mm for choice. Of course,the cost is different.
