The principle of temperature and humidity control in automobile paint booth
1. Heating and temperature control: One or two of the following methods are used for heating and temperature control of the car paint booth.
1. Coal intake control: According to the temperature of the smoke chamber and the needs of the combustion process, the propeller will automatically send the coal into the furnace or push the coal to the combustion zone.
2. Combustion air control: use the single-phase blower or axial fan of the car paint booth to control the air supply of the stove.
3. Smoke discharge control: a rotatable gate is installed in the chimney, and an actuator is used to control the effective cross-sectional area of smoke.
2. Dehumidification and humidity control
1. The air inlet door of the horizontal dense automobile paint booth is controlled by an actuator, which can maintain stability at any angle from 0° to 90°.
2. Renovation of ordinary automobile paint booths into intensive automobile paint booths for dehumidification and humidity control adopts the following methods:
(1) Install a revolving door and automatic temperature and humidity control equipment at the inlet and outlet of the hot air circulation duct to control the amount of humidity;
(2) Install automatic control devices for the moisturizing sunroof in the car paint booth;
(3) Install the exhaust fan.
3. The principle of temperature control.
According to the relationship between fuel combustion and the amount of fuel in combustion and the amount of combustion-supporting air, by controlling the amount of combustion-supporting air, the amount of coal added and the amount of flue gas emissions, the combustion intensity is controlled to achieve the control of the heat supply and the temperature of the car paint booth.
Fourth, the principle of humidity control.
In the dense car paint room, if there is no cold air entering, the heating room and the smoking room only have the internal circulation of hot air; if cold air enters, under the condition of flexible control of the dehumidification door, you only need to control the size of the cold air inlet door. The moisture outlet will inevitably open by itself. At this time, the hot and humid air in the car paint booth will be discharged through the moisture outlet.
