Three methods of paint mist treatment in automobile paint booth

The cleanliness of the car paint booth is an important index to measure the quality of the spray booth, which is guaranteed by the air purification system. It is combined with the dry spray booth, plus an air purification system. So how is the paint mist handled?

　　1. Generally, water spray washing, atomized washing and other methods are used for absorption treatment. Among them, water spray has a better purification effect on paint mist and solid particles, so that the paint mist can be dissolved in water.

　　2. The filter adopts a filter layer to retain paint mist and solid particles. The filter material in the filter layer mainly uses glass fiber cotton, slag, activated carbon, water spray and other materials. The filter layer can remove most of the paint mist and solid particles, and can also absorb a small amount of organic pollutants, and can treat 80% of the paint mist.

　　3. Activated carbon, activated carbon fiber, coke powder and other substances are generally used for adsorption. The spraying exhaust gas with low concentration and low exhaust gas volume in the car paint booth has a better treatment effect and absorbs odor.

　　In order to reduce the generation of paint fog, when we use the car paint booth, we should not place parts and paint cans inside it to avoid damage to the sprayed vehicle caused by these debris.
