2. Humidity control principle In an intensive curing barn, if there is no cold air entering, the heating chamber and the smoking chamber only have the internal circulation of hot air; if there is cold air entering, under the condition of flexible control of the dehumidification door, just control the entry of cold air Due to the size of the door, the moisture outlet will inevitably open by itself. At this time, the hot and humid air in the roasting room will be discharged through the moisture outlet.

2. Heating and temperature control: heating and temperature control adopt one or two of the following methods:

   a. Coal intake control: According to the temperature of the smoke chamber and the needs of the combustion process, the propeller will automatically send the coal into the furnace or push the coal to the combustion zone.

   b. Control of combustion air: use single-phase blower or axial flow fan to control the air supply of the stove.

   c. Smoke discharge control: A rotatable gate is installed in the chimney, and an actuator is used to control the effective cross-sectional area of smoke.

3. Dehumidification and humidity control

1. The air inlet door of the horizontal intensive roasting barn is controlled by an actuator, which can maintain stability at any angle from 0° to 90°.

2. The following methods are adopted for the dehumidification and humidity control of the transformation of ordinary curing barn into dense barn:

   a. Revolving door and temperature and humidity automatic control equipment are installed at the inlet and outlet of the hot air circulation duct to control the inlet and outlet humidity;

   b. Installation of automatic control device for the moisturizing skylight of the barn;

   c. Install the exhaust fan.
