Features of coating equipment and its safe use

(1) Coating equipment is inseparable from solvents. Many parts are solvent-resistant.

(2) Coatings are flammable and explosive materials, and many parts of the equipment should be treated with flame-retardant and explosion-proof treatment.

(3) The coating process requirements are relatively fine, and the equipment accuracy requirements are high.

(4) The equipment load is low, and there are few heavy equipment.

(5) Coating equipment is easier to plan assembly line production methods, saving labor.

(6) The running speed is relatively slow

Safe use of painting equipment

(1) The equipment operator must be proficient in the structure, performance, operation, and maintenance methods of various machinery, and be used and responsible by a dedicated person.

(2) When operating woodworking machinery, wear work clothes and tighten cuffs. Female comrades must wear work caps and put their braids in the caps; gloves, scarves, etc. are not allowed to operate.

(3) The machine must be tested before starting to work, and the parts can only start to work after normal operation.

(4) The shafts, chains, pulleys, belts and other moving parts of the equipment shall be equipped with protective covers and protective plates.

(5) If there is any abnormality or other failures during the operation of the machine, the power supply should be cut off immediately and the machine should be stopped for maintenance.

(6) The surrounding area of the equipment is mostly flammable, so fireworks should be strictly prohibited.

(7) When debugging and maintaining the equipment, the main power supply must be cut off.
